How much does it cost to register as a translator?
Nothing. Registering as a translator is absolutely free.
How much will I get paid?
Most jobs are bid-free. For these types of translation jobs, you will see the price for each translation job and can decide if you want to accept the job or not. These jobs are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
There are some jobs that require a bid from the translators. In these cases, it depends on the bid accepted by the customer.
What if the customer is not satisfied with my translation?
If the customer enters a dispute request, a LingoTip language coordinator will determine whether the dispute is correct. If the dispute is accepted, then you will not be paid.
How do I get paid?
LingoTip works with PayPal. You can go to www.PayPal.com to register for an account and to familiarize yourself with their terms and fees.
Why am I receiving an error message that my email is not confirmed?
- Look for the confirmation in the spam mail.
- Send us an email from the email you specified during the registration process and we'll confirm your registration manually.
