Customers

  1. Who does the translating?
All translations are done by human translators.

  2. How do you assure that the translations are accurate?
Active translators on our site go through a review process before they are authorized to translate. In addition, there are LingoTip language coordinators who are responsible for periodically checking the translations.

  3. What if I'm not satisfied with the translation?
You can enter a dispute request. If a LingoTip language coordinator determines your dispute to be correct, you can decide whether you want a refund or if you want the request to be re-posted.

  4. How long until I receive the translation?
It's up to you. When you fill out the translation request, you indicate how much time you want the bidding to last and when you want the translation.

  5. What languages can you translate?
LingoTip offers translations in almost all languages. If there is a language not listed, you can contact us and we will do our best to add it.

  6. How much will the translation cost me?
It depends on the bid that you accept. That's the beauty of a bidding system. Translators try and remain competitive and so they offer their best price.
You can also select a bid-free transaction. These jobs are on a first-come, first-serve basis and the first translator who meets your criterion and accepts the job will be the translator.

  7. How do I pay for the translation?
Payments are made via PayPal. You can go to www.PayPal.com to register for an account and to familiarize yourself with their terms and fees.
